Application tips: Brush Vitamin E Nail and Cuticle Oil onto nails and cuticles nightly. Massage in to help increase circulation to the nail bed and stimulate new nail growth. Before applying nail colour or a base coat, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water. Apply nail colour or base coat to clean dry bare nails. Reapply after nail colour is dry.
